Physical Education cannot be opted with Sanskrit.
Computer Science can be opted if the student has passed +2 examination with Science/Commerce/Economics/Maths and Computer related subject as one of the elective or optional subjects.

Eligibility : Admission to B.C.A 1 shall be open to a Candidate/Student who passed :10+2 examination in any discipline with 50% marks.
The candidate must have passed Mathematics upto Matric level.
Admission to B.C.A. 1st sem will be made strictly on merit. Reservation will be followed as per Punjab Uni. & Punjab Govt. rules.
B.C.A. 3rd Sem

Admission To The First Year Of B.Com 1st sem (General) Degree Course Shall Be Open To A Candidate Who Has Passed One Of The Following Examinations Conducted By A Recognised Board/Council/uni.
(A) +2 Examination With Three Of The Following Subjects Securing At Least 45% Marks In The Aggregate :Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Banking And Trade, Commercial Geography, Office Management And Secretarial Practice For Office Organisation And Mgmt.) Mercantile Law For Any Company Law) Auditing, Type Writing and Stenography/Computer(For Typewriting)
(B) +2 Examination Of B.A. Part I(Old Scheme) Of Punjab University With At Least Two Of The Subjects Mentioned In (A) Securing At Least 50% Marks In Aggregate.
(C) +2 Examination Of B.A. Part I/Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical Examination Of The Punjab Univ. End Under The Old Scheme Not Covered (B) Securing At Least 50% Marks.
