(National Service Scheme)
The National Service Scheme(NSS) is an Indian Goverenment-Sponsored public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India.The motive of NSS is to enrich the students personality and deeper their understanding of the social environment through community services. It is a voluntary association of young people in colleges , universities and at +2 level. The college have one unit of NSS. Dr. Baljeet Kaur and Mrs. Namita Barman are the teacher incharge of this depth.The NSS unit of the college is actively involved in making the youth aware of national problems and their role in rendering services to the nation at the time of national clamaties. Important days related to social issues, Health issues and Environment issues are regularly celebrated by the unit.
