Post Graduate Department of English organised online a week long workshop on the topic "Remidial Teaching:Objectivies,Principles and Process (May22-28 May,2021) Eminent resource persons were: Dr.Meeta Assistant Professor(Pedagogy of Hindi) Nankana Sahib College of Education,Kot GAngu Rai,Ludhaina Ms.Deep Shikha Assistant Professor(Pedagogy of S.S.T) Nankana Sahib College of Education,Kot GAngu Rai,Ludhaina Prof.K.Pushpinder Singh Assistant Professor(Pedagogy of English) Nankana Sahib College of Education,Kot Gangu Rai,Ludhaina To enable the students to take classes of remedial students of school,this week long workshop was organised in which they came to know about remedial teaching,as it is prescribed in the syllabus of M.A. English 4th semester.Resource persons elaborate about remedial taeaching that it is the teaching or instructional work carried out to provide remedial measures to help the pupils to get rid of their common or specific weakness.The main objective of remedial teaching program is to provide learning support to pupils who are not as good as theirs peers in performance.
