The air-conditioned college library has most valuable books on different subjects. About 22,000 books are there on its shelves with various periodicals & journals. Every year new books, magazines and journals are added to it. It also has a spacious reading hall which provides comfortable seating arrangement for students so as look at the books independently and spend their time in a consecutive manner.LIBRARY RULES
Every Student on admission to the college is issued a library card. The card has to be produced every time she is called at the library counter for borrowing books. In Case of loss of library Card, a duplicate card should be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 50/-
No personal belonging shall be allowed to be carried with the reader beyond the issue counter.
The books will be issued to every student for a period of 14 days only.
The loss of books should be reported to the librarian before due date. The borrower will be required to replace the book or pay double the price if she fails to replace the book.
The librarian is empowered to demand any book any time if the necessity arises.
References books, rare books and periodicals will not be issued except for consultation in the working hours.
The maximum number of books that students are allowed to borrow at a time is three.

The college dispensary delivers free medicines to the staff and students. In addition to this the college has an arrangement with Dr. Sham Sunder, who attends emergency cases and visits the students at regular intervals.College Canteen
The construction of a specious modern, well-furnished canteen has added to the glory of the college building in its premises. Hygienically prepared eatables are provided to all the students at reasonable rates. All the edible items served and sold there in are inspected by a canteen committee comprising two staff members.College Magazine
In order to encourage the talent of creative writing among students, the college publishes annual magazines "SRISHTI" comprising Punjabi, Hindi, Sanskriti, English, Social Science, Home Science, Computer Section, College chronicle and a photo feature of the activities held during the session. Each Section is under the charge of staff editor under whose supervision the student editor functions.Scholarship
A number of scholarships are given to the students. The information regarding these scholarships is provided to the students through the college notice board. National Loan Scholarships are awarded by Govt. of India of the needy and meritorious students.Who secure 50% marks in first attempt in the University Examination.
The income of whose parents including her own income does not exceed Rs. 8600/- per annum. A student desirous of availing the loan should apply in month of October on a prescribed form.
Post Matric scholarships awarded by the Punjab Govt. are available to the students who fulfill the required conditions, College Merit scholarships are awarded to the students who obtain merit positions in University/ Board Exams.
A number of scholarships donated by philanthropists are given to the poor and intelligent students in addition to the above. Scholarship for Single Girl Child.
Sports & Games
The college maintains Physical Education Deptt. Facilities are provided for playing Soft-ball, Badminton, Cricket, Table Tennis, Kho-kho and Athletics. The college has excellent tradition in sports and our students have bagged many prizes at University level and National level.Prizes
The students who distinguish themselves in studies, sports or co-curricular activities are awarded prizes. College colours and merit certificates are awarded for meritorious performance. The students who don't appear or fail to get the pass marks in any subjects for any reason in the house examination are not considered for any academic award.
